Episode 4 of the Internet Invitational, titled "The Twist Of The Century," finished Day 2 at Buffalo Ridge with Ryan Ruffels' White team eliminating Wesley Bryan's Green team, 12.5–6.5. The Bob Does Sports upload premiered Thursday on YouTube.
White took a 6–2 lead into the afternoon after Episode 3's scrambles. Sixteen nine-hole singles were left, and 12.5 total Day 2 points ended it. White got there when Salim won the 17th and 18th against Kyle Forgeard, then made par on the last. Matches still on the course were called in.

Sam Heung Min's group flagged Big John's ball for moving at address. Big John took the penalty even while unsure it had moved. A few holes later Sam called the same penalty on himself, lost the hole, and Big John won the match 3&2. Official X clips from the Internet Invitational and Fore Play accounts showed Sam later calling the same move on his own ball.

Riggs challenged how Cheddy marked a ball; Kevin Kisner ruled no penalty for a ball moved while marking. On the last hole Cheddy's drive went right and the group could not agree which ball was his, so he took a drop with a two-shot penalty and the match was halved.
Who won the points that mattered
Justin Gaethje beat Bobby Fairways 4&3 for White's first singles point. The captains, Wesley Bryan and Ryan Ruffels, halved. Green stayed alive with Claire Hogle's 1UP win over Paige Spiranac, Mac Boucher's 4&3 over Bubbie Broders, and Evan Thompson's 1UP over Grant Horvat after they were level through eight. George Bryan fought back to halve Micah Morris.
Jon Gruden beat PFT Commenter 3&2 and Fat Perez beat Seb Carmichael-Brown 2&1 before Salim's finish closed the day. Paige Spiranac later said on X that Episode 4 captured swing yips and "one of the worst 9 holes I've ever played" after a case of the shanks.
The night twist
After Green went home, White's 16 players learned there was more golf that night and that four of them would leave. They split into four teams of four. Captains, drafting in order: Big John (Fat Perez, Bobby Ray, Jon Gruden), Grant Horvat (Jake Adams, Riggs, Paige Spiranac), Micah Morris (Ryan Whitney, Bubbie Broders, Salim) and Ryan Ruffels (Marissa Wenzler, Justin Gaethje, The Duke, who went last again).
Captains play the first hole; the best score is safe, with ties through. The remaining teams send second picks on the next hole, and the worst score there sends that whole team home. A redraft comes the next day. The episode ends with the captains teeing off under the lights.
What to watch next
Episode 5 lands Monday, Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. ET. The finale is Thursday, Nov. 12. Every player on the winning team still takes $1.3 million from the $4 million purse.
