  • Andrew Novak tops the first TPL Hot 10 after a record five-shot win at the VidantaWorld Mexico Open. Austin Smotherman, two wins in his last two starts, is second. Creators from the Internet Invitational fill four spots. This is the first edition, so there is no movement to report yet; starting next Monday, each entry shows how far it rose or fell.

    The Hot 10

    1. Andrew Novak, PGA Tour. Won the Mexico Open on Sunday at 25-under 259, a tournament record, by five shots. It is his first individual Tour title, and he made all 37 putts inside 10 feet over the first three rounds.
    2. Austin Smotherman, PGA Tour. Beat Seamus Power on the third playoff hole in Bermuda on October 26, three weeks after winning the Bank of Utah Championship in his 100th start. Two starts, two wins.
    3. Ben Griffin, PGA Tour. Tied for fourth in Mexico at 19 under, and now defends at El Cardonal, where his 29 under last year is the tournament record.
    4. Steven Fisk, PGA Tour. Closed with a 63 to tie for second in Mexico and earn $534,000.
    5. Kristoffer Ventura, PGA Tour. Also closed with a 63 for a share of second at 20 under.
    6. Wesley Bryan, creator. His Team Green led Brad Dalke's Team Red 6-2 after the opening scramble nine at the Internet Invitational and knocked out a 2025 co-champion's whole 16-player side.
    7. Big John, creator. Holed the birdie putt on the second playoff hole that sent Ryan Ruffels' team to Day 2 and Peter Finch's team home. Golf Digest named it the best shot of episode 2.
    8. Mackenzie Hughes, PGA Tour. Tied for fourth in Mexico and climbed to 101st in the FedExCup Fall standings, one spot from a full 2027 card with three events left.
    9. Ryan Ruffels, creator. His Team White survived that alternate-shot playoff and meets Bryan's team on Day 2.
    10. Grant Horvat, creator. Played the deciding playoff hole with Big John, and caddied Kevin Hart to a 49 on the back nine at Valencia after a front-nine 77 in an October 20 video.
  • Just missed

Seamus Power, the Bermuda runner-up, moved inside the top 100 and keeps his full card. Tom Kim, Erik van Rooyen, Brian Campbell, Pierceson Coody and Doug Ghim tied for sixth in Mexico.

    Where LIV fits

No LIV player made this week's list, because the league hasn't played since its season ended and is working through bankruptcy. LIV's Jon Rahm plays the DP World Tour's Abu Dhabi Championship this week with Tyrrell Hatton, who left LIV in October, and Patrick Reed. Results there count for next week's Hot 10.
