Sky Sports has secured exclusive UK rights to WTGL, the women's team golf league TMRW Sports runs with the LPGA. The network announced the deal Wednesday as part of a wider golf rights expansion that also adds two more years of TGL presented by SoFi.
WTGL's first season starts Nov. 8 at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Sky will carry both the 2026 and 2027 seasons exclusively in the UK, according to Golf Business News.
Who UK viewers will see
Sky is leaning on names its audience knows. England's Charley Hull and Lottie Woad are in the first wave of WTGL players, along with former world No. 1 Jeeno Thitikul. The league uses the same pieces that made TGL work on TV: players wearing mics, team decisions with risk and reward, and several match formats.

The men's league expands to seven teams for 2027, and UK fans keep it on Sky with Rory McIlroy, Shane Lowry and Brooks Koepka among the players.
Where the leagues stand on TV
In the U.S., ESPN extended its TGL media rights deal with TMRW Sports in October, and the 2027 TGL season opens Dec. 27. For a league that plays on a simulator screen inside an arena, broadcast deals are the business. Locking in a major European partner before the first WTGL match is played gives the women's league a TV home in one of golf's biggest markets.
What to watch
The Nov. 8 opener is the first look at how WTGL plays on air, and the first chance to see how UK viewers respond to Hull and Woad in the format.
