GSPro 4.0 is live with Unity 6 HD courses, per 2nd Flight Golf's first look

On Nov. 5, 2nd Flight Golf opened both the beta and the latest stable build and found version 4.0 on each, with a High Definition course collection, a refreshed home screen and early Unity 6 course builds already downloadable.

  • GSPro has shipped version 4.0. In a first-look video posted Nov. 5, 2nd Flight Golf says the update auto-launched on his bay PC: the beta showed 4.0, and the latest stable download was 4.0 as well.

  • He ties the jump to Unity 6. In Play → All → Collections he opens a High Definition group he reads as the Unity 6 lane, then loads an early course by designer K. Austin on 4K Ultra with a 5070 Ti while recording. He runs whites, 11 stimp, five-foot gimmes and force-realistic, and says frame rate holds while he looks at new line rendering and a free-look / flyover pass.

    What the in-game notes list

During the session he reads GSPro's own "what is new in version 4" copy on screen:

    • Major engine upgrades
    • GSPro Physics 2 (with a linked guidebook)
    • New course rendering pipelines
    • Training drills with a refreshed look
    • New verified HD courses available that day

The early HD titles he names from that list and from downloads in the video: Glenn Falls Country Club, Glade Springs, Wood Haven, Whispering Pines and San Miguel Island. He also pulls Glenn Falls by Tsquare into in-course practice and Whispering Pines by the GSPro Design Team / OPCD, calling out tree definition on a touch screen and a new home-screen image that still carries the weekly challenge.

    How to read it

This is a creator first look the day 4.0 appeared in his installers, not a controlled benchmark. He was cold, played a few holes, and kept saying he "stumbled on" the update when VTrack Toolkit auto-launched GSPro. For bay owners, the actionable check is simple: confirm you are on 4.0 in both beta and stable if you dual-track, open the High Definition collection, and sample the new verified HD courses before you rebuild your league settings around Physics 2.
