Pureplay Black flyover shows PurePlay's in-progress Farmingdale course hole by hole
Eaglesnbirdies posted a flyover of Pureplay Black on November 1, with a slope map laid over each green. PurePlay lists the Long Island course as still being built, four days before early access opens.

Eaglesnbirdies has added Pureplay Black to its PurePlay Flyover Series. The channel posted the video on November 1, a day after its Silvertip Resort flyover, and it runs just under nine minutes. The opening card puts the course in Farmingdale, New York. Embedding is turned off again, so you'll need to watch it on YouTube.
What the video shows
The camera works through the course one hole at a time, with a card naming each hole and its par as it comes up, then flies from the tee down to the green. As it reaches each green, the view adds a colored slope map with contour lines over the putting surface. That is the most useful part of the video for a sim golfer, because you can see which way a green tilts before you play it. Away from the greens, the stills show tree-lined fairways and large bunkers ringed by tall native grass.
What PurePlay says about the course
PurePlay's course page lists Pureplay Black as being built, with 18 holes, in Farmingdale, N.Y. The course carries PurePlay's own name rather than a club's, and the listing doesn't say which real course it is based on. Pureplay Desert Resort, listed in Ivins, Utah, is named the same way. Farmingdale is home to Bethpage State Park and its Black Course, the par-71 public course that hosted the U.S. Open in 2002 and 2009 and the Ryder Cup in 2025. PurePlay hasn't connected the two.

"Being built" is step four of five on PurePlay's tracker. The last step, ready for launch, is when a course goes live for everyone, and the page gives no date for that.
What it means for November 6
PurePlay's early access opens November 6 at 5 p.m. Eastern. Nothing on the course page says Pureplay Black will be playable that day, so take this flyover as a look at work in progress. It is a flyover, not a round, so it tells you nothing about ball flight or how the greens roll.
If you want Bethpage Black on a simulator now, Foresight sells an official version for its FSX Play software at $500. It runs only with Foresight launch monitors, including the GC3, GCQuad and Falcon.
