GSPro's newest public beta and a Trackman contest on Te Arai Links' 17th hole lead the simulator and indoor golf news from Wednesday into Thursday morning. WTGL also filled out its broadcast team ahead of its November 8 launch.
Platforms
GSPro public beta 3.59.5 adds ball physics 2.1 and a course profile setting with three turf options: Soft Parkland, Firm Sawgrass and Traditional Links. In a first test, 2nd Flight Golf found the profiles change how chips react and that full wedges now hop and stop. Our GSPro beta story has the details.
Uneekor has a phone app for the Eye Mini launch monitor. It connects over the unit's own Wi-Fi and shows club video, impact location and a session table with averages. Joe Lagowski Golf's first look wants a range ball mode and a way to start fresh sessions. More on the Eye Mini app.
