  • TruGolf splits E6 Golf 2026 into three annual subscriptions: $300 for course play, $150 for its improvement tools and $450 for both. For someone planning a winter simulator setup, choosing between them starts with what the computer will run and what the golfer wants to do.

Top Shelf Golf’s July 5 overview offers a look at the software. It is a retailer demonstration, with a music soundtrack, rather than a narrated independent test. The more useful companion is TruGolf’s current documentation, which separates the software, the subscription and the machine running it.

  • The Play plan gives access to the company’s course library and standard round formats. Improve concentrates on practice, including bag mapping, club fitting and skills challenges. Enjoy combines those two uses. A golfer who mainly wants to chart carry distances therefore has a different starting point from someone buying software for weekly rounds.

  • TruGolf advertises more than 15,000 courses, with its library combining named courses and on-demand layouts produced using its course creation technology. That number describes access to a library. It does not tell a buyer how accurately a particular local green or bunker has been reproduced.

Golf Simulator Videos’ Jay Lasco has followed E6 through several versions. His published review distinguishes the on-demand courses from the smaller premium collection and describes both encouraging course detail and performance issues in his earlier testing. Those observations are useful context for the library count, rather than a guarantee about every course or computer.

Check the machine before the subscription

TruGolf currently specifies Windows PC for E6 Golf 2026. Its minimum hardware list includes an Intel i7 processor from the tenth generation or newer, 24GB of memory and an NVIDIA RTX 3060 with 12GB of graphics memory, plus an NVMe solid-state drive. The memory and graphics-memory figures deserve attention when comparing a PC with a seller’s listing.

  • E6 CONNECT is a separate, previous-generation product that remains available. Its familiar name on a launch-monitor bundle does not establish which E6 Golf 2026 subscription a buyer owns. Existing CONNECT customers should check their actual entitlement before ordering another product.

Licensing adds one more distinction. TruGolf’s portal documentation says each license binds to one computer. Products added to that license unlock its features; subscription access lasts while the subscription remains active, while owned products stay on the license permanently.

The installation instructions begin with the E6 Product Launcher, followed by signing into the account and activating the chosen license on the intended machine. That is the setup to establish before scheduling the first round.
