Rapsodo’s retail launch puts Core, Studios and Lifetime transfers in focus

The MLM2XPRO’s hardware price and its software memberships cover different parts of a home simulator.

  • Rapsodo’s MLM2XPRO has reached its October 15 ordering date at $899.99. The company’s current product page offers the monitor for purchase, but the price of the hardware is only one part of the move into its new mobile and PC software ecosystem.

For existing MLM2PRO owners, the more consequential question may be the membership transition. Rapsodo’s public FAQ says an existing Lifetime membership can transfer to an MLM2XPRO bought by March 15, 2027. The offer is specific to this model and does not promise transfers to future hardware.

Core, Studios and the PC requirement

Core costs $199.99 per year. Rapsodo lists 15 metrics, advanced practice tools, profiles for two golfers and access to more than 30,000 simulated courses across its mobile and PC apps. The manufacturer describes putting-enabled Rapsodo course play as a feature of the MLM2XPRO with Core.

  • Studios costs $399.99 per year and includes Core’s features, profiles for four golfers and a separate premium 4K course library on a compatible PC. Rapsodo’s FAQ lists 25 courses at launch. Those 4K courses do not run in the mobile app, and online multiplayer and creator-built courses remain on the roadmap.

An existing Lifetime member can add Studios for $200 per year. Rapsodo says memberships are billed annually, with no monthly payment option. Buying the monitor does not itself include a permanent Studios subscription.

What changes for a current owner

The new mobile and PC apps continue to support MLM2PRO, so entering the software ecosystem does not automatically require replacing that monitor. The hardware upgrade and the choice of software tier are separate decisions.

  • Golf Simulator Videos’ October 10 review explored the MLM2XPRO hardware and Rapsodo PC app before today’s retail phase. It supplies earlier hands-on context rather than a launch-day test.

  • The $899.99 package includes 12 RPT balls and a 21-day Core trial. The trial also permits three rounds each at Bethpage Black and Magenta Shores in Studios, played during that trial period. Rapsodo’s partner-app instructions separately require internet access and a membership; GSPro, E6 and Awesome Golf support should not be read as a promise that their licences are included in the hardware price.
